Groenewald Lubbe are *****ing people over all the time

Went u derby debt review in 2008. Debt counsellors were found to be ********** by the NCR and did not make payments to FNB from 2008 and after the NCR closed the ********** debt counsellors down I was placed with new debt counsellors. FNB refused to go under debt review with the new counsellors and gave my account to Groenewald Lubbe. I have paid each month increasing the amount every year until I was retrenched last year. The amount I owe never seems to grow less and now I can hardly survive they continually threaten and harrassed me. I pay a very reduced amount having explained my circumstances however they keep threatening further legal action. I must mention that all debt was paid up in full under the new debt counsellors but Groenewald Lubbe are never going to be paid up because it's easier to just live off the misery of others. They are exceptionally rude and unhelpful. If anybody knows of any recourse I can follow it would be appreciated. Been paying this now for 11 years so when will it end. Perhaps I should offer R20 for th rest of my life ?
