Going after prescribed debt *******ly

I came across a document in my post box on Saturday 27 October saying combined summons on the front page. This document must of been put there between the 22 Oct 18 to 26 Oct 18 (Monday to Friday) as I check my post box every Saturday. This document refers to a FNB credit card taken out in 2005 13 years ago. The document says I owe money to FNB which I have no clue what they are talking about. I called FNB credit division to find out whats going on. They could not pick me up. They put me through to their legal department and they also cant pick me up on their system. I called Groenewald and lubbe attorneys but they keep on telling they will get the right person handling it to contact me immediately. I am still waiting and nothing and no one has come back to me.

I dont understand how a lawyer firm can attempt to put a judgement on someones name without contacting the person or sending letters to the persons address to find out what is going on. In 13 years no creditor or law firm/debt collector company has ever contacted me with regards to money owing to FNB. Which tells me this document they produced is all fabricated and they are trying to collect old prescribed debt that belongs to I dont know who. If FNB cant pick me up what does that tell you.

I want this to be resolved immediately and s****ped from their system and if it doesn't i will report this company to the law society of South Africa and the credit ombudsmen for trying to put a judgement on my name without notifying me in the past 13 years of so called debt they say i owe FNB. I have also taken out credit report with Transunion, Experian, XDS and Compu scan. On all 4 credit bureau's there is nothing showing anything regarding a FNB credit card in my name.

This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional from a law firm and these idiots will get sued for defamation of character if they try give me bad name.
