GLA very rude!

I have been receiving smses meant for someone else for over a year. I've contacted Groenewald Lubbe Attorneys using my own airtime to notify them that they have an incorrect number. I called again today, spoke to a lady, I assume it's Patricia Louw as stipulated on the smsni received this morning again. She was very rude and unprofessional. Wouldn't let me get a word in an talking over me whereas she could've explained properly that she'll remove my number from their database. Even proceeded to say 'Hai kubye' to me whenni asked her why is she having an attitude. Very rude and unprofessional, undermining and pompous. She needs soft skills training.
