GLA COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT ABUSE

This company is totally *********. Everyone has a right to request a copy of the original agreement with your signature on. GLA seem to have a problem with this, as they dont have it on file. Technically is ******* to claim money from someone without being able to provide proof of such debt and the terms and conditions. According to Common Law and Constitutional Rights they MUST COMPLY. Well, did I have some abuse admin clerk phoning me demanding why I want this. Well its simple, if you are claiming money from me, prove that you have a legal right to do this and that the debt was transferred to you. I requested the same from one of my other debts I am paying and they actually advised that they do not have this and have refunded all the payments I made and closed the file.
