GLA Attorneys not paying my FNB account and refunding me

On the 29th of June GL Attorneys on behalf of FNB debited R1500 from my account to settle my FNB account which has an outstanding balance of R292. This money has not been paid to FNB as the app still shows that I have not paid meaning I have missed a payment I have reached out to GLA Attorneys via e-mail and their secured whatsapp line and had a chat to both Shalinia Piennar and Sizwe Mayo and they have not rep**** to me, no one is answering my whatsapp messages or emails and I would like them to pay FNB and refund me the balance which they do not willing to do.
