GLA attorney harrassment
me and my wife started receiving SMS from GLA attorney that I have and outstanding balance in September 2022. I checked on December 2022 and was suprise that they are referfing to DIRECT AXIS account that was paid up and settled in May 2022( I am in position of the paid up letter). On 29 December 2022emailed the paid-up letter to *** as per my contact person on the SMS I received advising that this account was settled with another debt collector (Vericredit) but no one acknowledged my email todate. Kindly acknowledge my email, updated your records as failure which I will take up with OMBUDSMAN
