GL Attorneys - Worst Service Ever

A while back I was contacted by GL Attorneys who said that Nedbank had handed my account over to them, although I have been paying every month the amount as was agreed upon. They told me that I had to pay into their account, however upon doing this it was never allocated to the Nedbank account. I decided to then keep paying into the Nedbank account as I then have confirmation from the Bank that payment was received. Even these payments GLA still did not allocate. I keep getting messages telling me that I am in arrears although I have already sent the the required proof of payments via email to their finance dept, a consultant and had loaded them for them on their whatsapp account. Still they keep telling me I am in arrears although I have spoken to the Bank and the Bank confirms that all payments have been made. These people are the worst and they just waste time.
