Get your act together GL Attorneys!!!

Disgusting!!! I can't believe a law firm operates like they do where there staff is so damn rude and put the phone down in your ear. They don't even acknowledge emails and they expect you to pay them where you have no correspondence from them in black and white just an email. They spam you via email, sms, whatsapp even tho you have reached out. Update your systems accordingly!!! It is 2025, people create emails to **** people so therefore the trust of personal information given and email requests no longer exist. Why must a person pay 2 attorneys for the same thing!!! Have the courtesy to speak to the consumer decently not like we are trash.
