***** at its best

So about 2 years ago, my FNB account has been handed over to this company. The handover amount was about R10 900. I have been paying for almost 2 years on this account with an amount of R300 per month, recently increased to R350 per month. My Payment to date has been R7 350. I still owe them an outstanding balance of R9 000. HOW THE HELL IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE? I am supposed to owe R7 350 less. Not R1 900 less. My "Interest to Date" is R1 800, and my "Fees and Expenses to Date" is R3 630. So for almost 2 years, I have been paying this ********** company R5 430, money that goes into their pocket, not even into my debt account. I get set a lot emails and sms's over the same thing, reminders to pay, thanks for payment, reminders to increase the amount I need to pay. For every SMS they charge me R5, for every email they charge me R20, then they have stuff like "Promise to Pay" which I don't even understand how? Since I don't make any promises, they charge me R50 for each of these. Every time they upload a file to my account, they charge R10. They make "Phone Calls" to me, which I don't even get, R5 per phone call. This is *****, I will report this to every news channel and or any legal representative that I can get.
