Fnb paid up Loan with GLA Attorneys no response

So I paid off my loan that due to circumstances at the time was handed over to these attorneys on : We confirm receipt of a payment in the amount of R 45,000.00 on 2019/08/21, thank you. Our file is diarised to follow up on the next payment within a 30 day period unless a different payment arrangement exists.

Kindly remember to quote your account reference on all payments / transfers, *** I even received the paid up letter confirming receipt of agreed discount given and paid up amount.

I have emailed Groenewald Lubbe to query why the account still shows full outstanding balance on my account and have received no further feedback on this matter.

The consultant who advised that they will advise FNB and it will be removed.

To date i received no feedback and followed up again , what else do I need to do to clear this paid up account off my name ....
