FNB & Groenewald Lubbe harrassment

FNB & Groenewald Lubbe attorneys are harassing me over a settled issue on a smart device I purchased via FNB Connect.

I have an email from FNB stating that the account is settled and FNB have a recorded phone call on the matter yet they still persist in threatening me with legal action.

Donna-Claire from GLA has ignored 2 of my emails on this matter and whenever I call their offices or the given number it is engaged.

This issue has caused me great financial distress because my home loan was almost declined and it has my credit score hanging on a thread due to their shenanigans and poor systems and processes. At every call and email, it's either I am being ignored or sent from pillar to post.
