FNB

I have been paying my FNB temporary account with this company every month and when I was about to finish my account, they increased the balance by an additional R1500 and when I enquired about that amount, a guy by the name of Joshua Lawrence sent me a statement which describes the amount as an adjustment, when I was communicating with him via email to explain to me what the adjustment was about, he never got back to me or responded to my emails again up to this day I am still waiting, and the telephone extension 8082 which they always refer me to everytime I call, never goes through, this is really frustrating cos I wanna finish paying this account and get this people out of my life.
