We spend a considerable amount of time to ensure that all interactions with our employees is both pleasant and professional, and find the behavior displayed unacceptable. We confirm the incident has been investigated and the necessary steps taken to avoid a repeat of your experience. All phone calls made to and from our offices are recorded; both the system notes and telephone recordings have accordingly been reviewed and training provided to ensure such conduct is not repeated.
