Fed up with Jeanette of GL Inc

Dc.47214. I have had the displeasure of dealing with Jeanette of GLInc for a number of years due to an ongoing debt. Years ago I changed my email (which I sent to Jeanette) and all correspondence and bank receipts of my manual payments have been ignored. I don't do business via my cell phone because its very old and it doesn't always take calls so prefer using my tablet and WhatsApp....ignored. I have emailed Jeanette so many times but they are ignored. She continuously takes money off my account in the middle of the month when my bank is empty, every single month which accrues bank fees. I do not have a debit order! I have reached the end of my patience.
