Extremely Rude & Unjustified Character Deformation

The first person who's name I have but cannot disclose publicly, phoned me at 07h20 am this morning from a JHB no with an extremely arrogant tone of voice stating that she was phoning from Groenewald Lubbe Attorneys etc, to which I rep**** \It's 07h20 in the morning and she needs to learn what office hours are and that she needs to learn some manners"then hung up the phone on her as I was in the process of getting dressed and other parts of my before working hours routine. She then phoned me later at 11h37 am and starts off by saying \""Mr so and so can we talk now\"" in a very rude and sarcastic manner"
