Excellent service on a sensitive matter

Like many people who have been retrenched and subsequently find themselves unable to maintain their obligations, I ended up being handed over to a few debt collecting agencies. All of them were equally dreadful, except for Groenewald Lubbe, who provided exceptional service. They were polite and sensitive. They were prepared to make an arrangement with me which was suitable to my budget and they were always contactable. Any query I had was responded to immediately and they made recommendations on how to reduce the penalty interest rate applicable. When I was able to settle the account, they immediately sent me a favourable settlement figure. <br> <br> I wish all companies dealt with Groenewald Lubbe or, at least, could learn some lessons from them. There is no reason to offer bad debtors a bad service
