Empity promisses.

Roseline from Groenewald Lubbe sent an SMS to my father in law Mr B Keet. In the SMS he was accused and threatened. The SMS was in connection with a Discovery account which was not paid. He contacted Roseline to inform her she had the wrong person, because he never had a Discovery account, but Roseline bul**** and threatened him. This is very unprofessional!! He was in such a state that I took the responsibility to contact the company.

I did this to take the pressure off a frail pensioner, but also to help Groenewald Lubbe find the correct person. At this stage I was not convinced this was not a **** due to the fact that they did not give us a Ref number or use my father in law's ID number.

I refused to give Kekeletso any details. Kekeletso then sent me the contract with Discovery, and I could clearly see they had the wrong person. They then sent all my communication with them to the correct Mr B Keet. This was also very unprofessional, because they had no right to send my contact details to this person. Mr B Keet then sent me an Email telling me to ignore everything.

I have been sending Emails to Roseline and Kekeletso for a week with now response. They are ignoring me. They have not offered me or my father in law any explanation or appology. They clearly did not do due diligence before they sent the SMS. Surely they need to be taken to task for this unprofessional conduct. This is a clear case of a large company acting as they please. They bul****, accused and threatened a frail pensioner!!!!! This is not acceptable.

I hope this issue will receive the attention it deserves.

They promised to investigate, but I have had no feedback!
