Duplication of account

I am astonished. My account was duplicated. Emails had been sent to me stating that I had been handed over again. This is not the worst part. I am now expected to pay the amount of the original debt as there are two different hand over fees. Please contact me urgently as I am still waiting for a consultant to contact me.
