Draconian and *********

Ran into trouble with FNB credit card, not by joice but curcamstances. I had an arrangement throug Groenewald and Lubbe to pay a R110 pm. The odd month I would maybe skip, but in the following month I would make 4 payments of R110 to catch up and get in advance. A lady with a verry bad vocabulary contacted me and threatened me and spoke down at me. A few mininutes later a Theo Louw contacted me and from the cuff asked for ID no etc and I was hesitant to give it with not knowing if it was legit or ***********. I don’t like to just give out personal details. He immediately raised his voice and told me that I don’t want to co operate and that he Already got tracers to scrutinize me. He was aggressive and did not want to here a thing I was saying and put the phone down in my ear. I tried to phone him twice thereafter and he did not answer. I sent him emails and he refused to respond. Today I get messages and emails thanking me for my payment and to keep up with my arrangement, and an hour later they want addresses to serve legal notice, because of Mr Theo Louw personal vendetta, and as I’m typing here I receive an email again thanking me for my payment and to make sure I make the next payment within 30 days. What are you trying to do? They also shield a person from any contact with directors etc. They refuse to supply email addresses. It seems like Groenewald and lubbe is run by people’s actions that are determined by there mood. I just wanted to make an arrangement and Theo refused. DC 53016
