disgusting service

absolutely disgusted with the way they handle matters. i am paying off a FNB credit card, every month it gets paid, without a doubt, then today i receive a SMS noting after many warnings to myself and me ignoring them, they are now getting summons drawn up and will have it sent to my work / home. not once have i missed a payment and then i contact them and they tell me they received my payment last month on the 26th and today is the 27th, so because payment is not received today, they are now doing a summons.
