Disgusting Service !!!

I am highly disgusted at the level of service I received from a Lady name Carol!

She sent me an SMS stating " OUTSTANDING FOR TOO LONG !!! " she sent me a message to say my account is over due but used CAPS when I called her to complain about the tone she used, she started screaming and shouting at me , I told her to listen to me as I am the client , she then went on correcting me saying I am more a client but a debtor ,

She would not allow me to speak or try and listen or provide assistance to me , I dropped the call as she was extremely rude !!

It does not matter whether I am a client or debtor she has no way to speak to me like the way she did , she should be fired as she cannot speak to clients at all and I dont understand how her company can still have her around with that attitude !!

She is atrocious and her service was pathetic!!
