Disgusting customer service from CHANE HARMSE

Disgusting customer service from these agents....after numerous occasions of struggling with these attorneys..im so fed up with them and actually disgusted how Rude CHANE HARMSE is...I have been paying my accounts directly into FNB and this has been an issue continuously where they somehow can't draw report or their dumb client FNB can't inform them that i made payment on the accounts thus making it seem like im not paying my account then i have made arrangements with agent because they call nonstop but Saturday was the cherry on the cake when Chane was so rude.
