Disgusting behavior from an agent from groendewalt and lubbe

I just received a call from a gentleman regarding this months instalment which was paid in full on the agreed date,the gentleman used this number+***1,he was asking me which date the debit went through I simply said on the agreed date,he insulted me saying "***of" if feel that wasn't professional at all,why harass me if I am paying my instalments in time?. I ddnt get his name but I am sure you record your calls
