Disgusting Attitude - no way to treat anyone calling in

Your very disgusting people messaging .... approaching me with incorrect name I am a female and not a male. Addressed me with a name of a male via messenger which is via my FB. Threatening me when I called in ......Sounded like an Indian man....I must be honest I have never had to deal with such lack of professionalism and accusations

Asking me why I am trying to hide away and he would not tell me where he was calling from but after asking for some legal assistance it has resulted in that Groenewald Lubbe use these types of people and tactics. I really believed your organisation to be professional being registered with the Legal Society. I am going to report this to them.
