Disappointed shocking service!

Approximately 2 years ago I received a call from this company that I owed money for an outstanding credit account that I thought was paid off. I requested a detailed account from the Bank as Groenewald Lubbe could only provide a statement with the interest accrued and the supposed phone calls, emails etc no doubt which I never received. After calling and calling them for this statement I was told pay. SMS's from this company stopped and my emails bounced. I stupidly assumed that all was fine! Now 2 years later the threatening SMS 's of litigation started again, and again I try to get hold of the person telephonically and have sent Emails explaining again my predicament and the email bounces!!! Please all I want is the correct service I should have received 2 years ago. By the way my email address cell number and postal box has not changed so why has it taken 2 years to get back to me and a computer generated SMS at that!!!
