Debt prison literally

Some is just off with how my repayments are being handled by your organisation.

On the 17th of June 2019 my credit card debit was handed over to you. So the breakdown on my statement is as follows:

Balance brought forward amouted toR55 449. Now according to the statement provided the interest charged by you to date amounts to R2702.26. The fees and expense excluding vat to date amounts to R6761.60 this amount includes commission fees for every amount I deposit into your account, email and sms and something about account handling. And finally lets not forget the vat to date which amounts to R1014.24,

From June to date I have made payments amounting to R35,600 however my outstanding balance is R30,327.10.

I enquired if it would be possible for me to handle this credit card issue with FNB since I am now permanently employed but I was told by one of your employees it would not be possible reason I wanted to deal with FNB was due to the ridiculous fees you just seem to be adding on this debt. I am literally at this point paying off the principal on my credit card and paying you. If it wasn't for this ******* fees you seem to be pulling would be in the region of R25,000 or R27,000.

You are literally trying to keep me in debt. Is this common practice? By the time I pay this off I would have literally paid R70,000 or more.
