customer service is poor , no updates after paying, calling is just useless. they dont repond emails

my unifi account was handed to them i paid the account in full with extra R1 now i cant get a paid up letter and the account is not closed but frozen. i tried calling them with no luck. i need the letter for unifi to close the account
