I was in arrears with my account and made payment arrangement in July and been paying each month and i first received an email stating my case will be handed to the magistrate even though I been paying and now an email stating ypu wil be doing financial tracing

I been trying to get hold of Ellaine whos name is attached but no he dont response to emails nor answer his calls

Im so TIRED of this unprofessional nonsense and i want to sort this out
