Continues Harassment and Legal Threats

I would like to formally lay a complaint against the constant harassment being received from Groenewald and Lube Attorneys. A telephonic arrangement was made in Oct 2017 between myself and a consultant. I received email confirmation in the acceptance of my arrangement and informed that all calls and communication will stop so long to the agreement is honored. Unfortunately the harassment persisted even with payment(s) being made I continued to received threatening emails,sms,calls. These threats ranged from summons /sheriffs being sent out but funny enough was told to ignore these threats due to system automation. In Dec 2017 I was offered a settlement which I declined and forced to agree to a debit order which I also declined. I continued to pay the amount as agreed never missed a payment but needless to say ************/ threats continued and still do. On the 12 Feb 18 received a shocking sms referring to sheriff struggling to enter my given address followed by a call centre contacting me and forcing me to load a debt order with threats of LEGAL ACTION to be taken regardless if I pay and then on-top of this informed that communication will continue and be charge per call R35+. I can’t see that this is Ethical I’ve kept to my agreement, threating me to comply to a payment method of your choice is *********, continually contacting me with agreed arrangement is place disturbing and immoral. If you don’t stop with this harassment and threats will leave me no choice but to refer the matter to the credit ombudsman complaints department.
