Continued Harassment for a debt that is 13 years old!!

This company is pathetic, doesn't know the law and should be reported to every legal council there is. They act ******* against a very clear act which is well defined and over 6 years old. Why do they think they are special and don't need to abide by it??? Everyone should be aware of this company as they buy up old debtors books and then try to collect, against the regulated and prescribed acts as well as try to re-instate debt. They are bullies and think that the public don't know their rights. Stand your ground against these **********. They will threaten you with all sorts of things. Can't wait to see them in a Court of Law and show them up for who they really are!! and of course they will pay my legal fees as well.

Your threats don't scare me as I seem to know the law better than you do.

But shame, I am going to be reporting them to the Northern Provinces Law Society and the Legal Practices Council for their utter incompetence. I am also sending an email to Wendy Knowler, on 702 to investigate further. I'm sure there are many people that will just buckle under their threats and bullying tactics, but I really think it warrants an investigation into this company now. You can't get away with this.
