Concerning Harassment
<p>Both my husband and I have been receiving numerious emails and sms's sent to both our phone numbers regarding an outstanding issue of late stage card...etc... however every time either one of us contact the given names and numbers requesting further information as to why we are given this information or threats we get no joy from the persons. We do not get explanations, do***ents to prove these allogations OR JUST NOTHING is given to us so that we can find out what the threats are all about with warrants and cherrifs showing up taking our belongings.... it is now getting to a point of major CONCERN!!! What the hell is going on????? We have CLEAR credit records and keep it this way, but to get threatening correspondense like this is unnecessary so please can this issue be resolved</p>

We confirm the incident has been investigated and the necessary steps taken to avoid a repeat of your experience. All phone calls made to and from our offices are recorded; both the system notes and telephone recordings have accordingly been reviewed and training provided to ensure such conduct is not repeated.
