Complete JOKE of a company!

So I received an sms stating that my account will now be monitored etc etc... Don't have a clue about what it is!!?? I mailed a so called Shaun, obviously with no reply, then phoned him. He tells me I owe FNB???? money! I opened an account about 8 or 9 years ago there, which I never used and was closed. I tried to explain to him that I've never had ANY communication from their side or from Groenewald Lubbe with regards to anything outstanding seeing that I never used the account, then he recons me, you phoned me to assist so if I have an attitude he's not going to help me!!??? I said to him that the sms I received is for a MR CB, I'm not a mister for one! I asked to be transferred to somebody that actually knows what they are doing and without a serious attitude problem which he then just dropped the phone and I ended up with a voice mail machine.

If ANY money in my bank account gets taken I will go to a professional lawyer as I have not given any consent to this and was not given an explanation as to what this is, just a real sh*tty person thinking he is above all.
