Complaint - Kenneth Marks - Harassment, Bulling, Threatening, Rude and Abrupt...taking the law into his hands

I have been dealing with Kenneth for the pass year and I hate and dread a call from him at any given time. Kenneth has been handling my account with reference number DC51977. Kenneth is the most rude and abrupt person who does not want to come to a compromise or understand my situation. He is adamant that I make payment whether I can afford it or not. When I explained to him that I have app**** for Debt Review he bluntly said that it will not be accepted and I have to make a 10% payment to the account immediately and always threatens me with legal action. When Kenneth calls he use to call me on my cell phone and now starting calling me at work. When I told him to call me after 16:00 as I am at work he says he finishes work at that time and cannot call me. He just wants payment and i have to pay the account. Kenneth has been very rude to me from last year on every phone call and eventually I said to him I refuse to speak to him, which he said that he cannot do anything about that. I also requested him to consolidate my FNB accounts into one payment and he refuse to assist me and said that each account is dealt with separately and I have to make payments to them separately. This week Kenneth called me on Monday and I said to him that he must call me after 16:00 then he abruptly said to me he will continue with legal action. I said he can do what he has too. He then called me on Tuesday and said to me that I asked him to call him...I put the phone down. Again he call me today. He continuously harasses me during working times. I have told Kenneth many a times that he cannot behave like this with me as I cannot afford the payments and when I make them that is what I can do. He wants to listen to nothing I say and is not willing to meet me halfway. Kenneth is a bully and wants his way not matter what. I am tired of him and do not wish to deal with such a rude, arrogant man. He can first learn manners before dealing with people. Today I received an sms from Kenneth advising me that the Sheriff cannot get hold of me and he is going to trace me. This man is making my life a living hell. I do not want to deal with him
