**** company linked to FNB

This company are *****s and harass clients. I cannot understand why FNB would use such an ************ company. Every time I make payment they do a "balance adjustment" which just happens to be the exact amount that I paid. When I question what the balance adjustment is, they say it is interest from the date of last payment, even though I have been paying them monthly. I can still see my account on FNB and the balance this company has does not reflect that on FNB. Again when I question this with them, they say it is interest, yet they never show a line item of interest, merely balance adjustment. They cannot even tell me what interest rate they are using. I will be reporting them to the Ombudsman and I have advised FNB that they should use a more reputable company as this reflects badly on FNB.
