Collecting a prescribed debt

Instead of providing the information I demanded I am being harassed to pay a nominal amount for a prescribed debt. Please provide me with a full statement of account, original contract, proof of the date of default, the handover amount, and a breakdown of all the costs.

If not available, send me a prescribed letter and remove the adverse listing on my credit bureau profile.
