Class Action

How do we go about instituting class action against the bullying tactics from both FNB / GLA?

I have a case that is going on for YEARS and still can NOT get the correct information from GLA. What recourse do I have as a person who has done everything to settle a debt that they have inflated and made impossible to settle?
