Cannot get a paid up letter since November 2025

It is absolutely horrible getting hold of help to get a paid up letter. Collis Adams who is supposed to help with this since 3 November 2025 has not responded to any queries and is now on leave. getting an advisor through any portal is impossible. The is no answer when phoning in it is always the queue music. Just put the option for the letter on the self service portal as you do with the statements.

Finally got to online chat and was told it the query will be sent to the admin team. i doubt that i will get any answers.
