CAL33947 Incompetence at its best

My credit card acc was handed over to Groenewald Lubbe. I have been paying it monthly without fail. In June I was given a chance to settle my acc in 3 months starting from June. I did just that and was supposed to finish this monthend. Now I go into their system and I still owe over a 1000. Ive tried calling them to update my account and they told me that Leandra is the one dealing with my acc. She us not responding to my emails and calls. What then must happen. I am so frustrated
