Useless “Law firm”. I am writing another complaint regarding this company that is busy harassing my mother who is now 77 years old, they are busy looking for a person that we do not know of. Last year in June I lodged a complaint regarding the above matter and then Ayanda Mlungwana responded in an email that they have removed my mothers contact details from their systems, to our surprise they are still calling and sending sms’ with the following reference number: CHL11702 day in and day out looking for a Musawenkosi Mazibuko that we do not even know. My questions here are: 1. Are they a legit company? 2. Do they even know what the POPI Act says? 3. Where did they get my mothers contact details? 4. Why are my mothers contacts still in their systems when they confirmed in a written in email that they have removed her numbers?
