Bullying Groenewald Lubby in breach of Debt Collection Code of Conduct and the Law
Groenewald Lubbe employing their harrasment and bullkying tactics again. In contravention of the act and the Debt Collection Code of Conduct they have listed me on ITC as a non payer depsite me having proof , in writing from them that they received my payments.
They want me to increase the amount or take a settlement offer. I have reported them to the Debt Collection Council and await to see how long it takes for any action to be taken.
Do not stand for their sneaky bully tactics and report them at www.cfdc.org.za, easy complaints process

I call bull**** as the non payment is listed for the last 5 months only , it is a new addition and FNB sold this debtors book to you many many many moons ago.
