Bullshdust

Received an SMS and email with a settlement amount i requested the contact person on my account if this is correct and the person rep**** and said that i will receive a settlement letter and ITC will be updated within 15/20 working days.

After that email , i received an email that stated that settlement amount was an error on their side and immediately rectified , if i haven't mentioned or said anything and paid the settlement amount on the date stated in the email and SMS what would've happened , you would just turn around and said what ??????this is unacceptable. HOW DO YOU MAKE EVEN mistakes like this for such a BIG company. but you expect us to pay and answer calls pathetic
