BEST WHEN DEMANDING PAY YET CANY GIVE FEEDBACK

Good day,<br> <br> In the past, i did fall into the bad books that of FNB and my matter was therefore handed over go the lawyers so as to collect the debt.<br> <br> After a several calls that I got from one of the consultants by the name of Maureen who works for this company called Groenewad lubbe inc I did make a payment of R650,00 as I was advised by the same consultant as u called her before making payment.<br> <br> The sad news is just the following monday I got disturbing email and SMSs saying I did not make the payment as I promised.<br> <br> Since then I have been calling their offices and I am stil told that the funds dont reflect yet I made a deposit in the branch and emailed the deposit slip from the bank.<br> <br> This is really frustrating as I am supposed to clear another amount with the same bank which is impossible as there is still a negative information about the loan I had already paid.<br> <br> With the above said, may you kindly help me get my settlement letter from this useless company of lawyers so that I can continue with my life.<br> <br> Your assistance will be highly appreciated.
