********* behaviour of GL attorneys

I was handed over by FNB to GL attorneys. Making my monthly payment if R500 I paod R5000 one month just to get ahead. Now they refuse to send me an updated statement on this account. I have emailed them on a daily basis asking for this statement. They threaten me with legal action but still they refuse to send me this statement.
