Been trying to call and email to pay this miniscule amount for 2 months still no reply but constants threats via sma

I email and no one answers me ever both directly to Elsie here amd the to the general ********** no reply for 2/3 months and whenever I call no one answers ever no matter what time of day... it just tells me I'm first in the que and will be answered shortly... I've waited 20min on the call more than 5x and nothing else nor no one answers All I want is to pay this stupid account it's the tiniest amount of money yet not one person gets back to me! Why do you sent me daily smses threatening me I'm being tracked down and the sheriff will find me and I'm going to get in legal trouble and im listed on ITC (highly *******) etc etc which might I add I can sue your firm for and i think i may do so. You aren't allowed to threaten anything to me. Your excuse is I'm ignoring you... so funny because I can prove on email and sms for almost a year that everything has been rep**** to so I can pay and be assured my paid up letter... but not once ever do I get a response. Just sms threats every single day even today being Sunday? That being said all I want is to pay the g'damn money immediately Would some one have the decency to actually reply to me so I can this ****** amount of R312 today it's ridiculous and I will be suing you for the threats and itc listing as I've done nothing but reply asking to pay it and for your bank details... makinv me wonder if it's a ****...
