Bad service
I have received a very poor service from this company, as I was speaking to Carol Lubbe Joyce Modau with regarding to my FNB credit card, payment has been made to this company, but they are refusing to allocate the payment as per this reference number CAL0102, I have been emailing and calling this two ladies, they are basically refusing to assist, please refund my money or call me immediately.

Is now 17h03, we have not received any calls from anyone from your company as promised, I am not surprised. As you quick to take money and call us day and out demanding money but when it comes to service, is poor and discusting as always. Is my payment allocated accordingly? I doubt shame, sies.
