Bad service

Groenewald Lubbe Attorneys phoned me two weeks ago about a creditcard that was under debtreview. They gave me the name of Theo after they gave me an amount that they said I owe and I said that thats unpossible because I first pay the money to the debtreview people and then to a number that they give to me to pay the money directly to them. They said my last payment was in 2014 which is not true because I've paid it every month. FNB must check their records before giving it to these people and Groenewald Lubbe must also first check before phoning people. I spoke to Theo which apparently is the supervisor of that department and I said I'm going to send him all the documents and payments. He said he would confirm when he received it. He said to me he usually do that immediately its now 3 days later still nothing. And you cant get hold of him he is apparently not in the office. So I phoned this morning and spoke to Kennith and when he told me I should pay the money directly to Groenewald Lubbe I said I will not because of all the bad reviews that I read on Hello Peter, he immediately got angry. Never dit FNB told me my account has been handed over to these people and as far as I am concern I am still under debtreview and pay the money into the account that they give to me. Very bad service. Why should I after all this struggle pay money to attorneys as my account shouldn't be with them in the first place,
