Bad, just BAD!!
<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I have tried numerous times to get in touch with someone at this useless place to assist me with paid up letters on my accounts. You phone, you tell someone (no names are given) what you are looking for, it's hold on, you get put through to a number that just rings & rings & rings & eventually go onto a voicemail.</p> <p> </p> <p>Dont bother leaving one, because you will get NO phone call back. Every month for how many months I have been paying my debt, but now that I need assistance, nobody seems interested in helping me. All I am asking is for paid up letters on my accounts, how difficult can it be???? What bothers me the most is if you were put on ITC by this company, how will you EVER get your name cleared if they can't even assist you with a letter!! </p>

I see on our system that the requested letter was sent via email on 2017/03/31. These letters sometimes end up in the "Spam or Junk" folder because they are system generated and distributed. We will ask the Call Centre Manager to send you a copy during the course of today.
