BAD EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE FROM GROENEWALD LUBBE

I got 3 accounts with them. I phoned them in March and ask for settlement amounts. My one account I only owe R1721. Status on the new system shows Close as per clients instruction - I did make a payment on the 15/5/2020 into the account but still they told me in March my settlement is R3500? My other accounts is the cost and the fees more than my original hand over amount??? THis is according to me not right - your total fees and interest cannot be more than the original handover amount. I also did send them the letter from my employer for the lockdown time that we will not have an income but I will pay when our UIF pays out. They add the message in April that I promise to pay on my accounts???
