Bad customer service from Groenewald lubbe

My African bank account loan was handed over to Groenewald debt collection..I have been struggling with them since July they declared my balance was R2156 July .Aug a debit order went off of R1000 and the balance still remained the same when I called them to today and spoke to daisy...their argument is African bank is not clearing the payments or something like that on their side and today they just refused to stop my debit order for this month their response was just draw all ur money out of ur account..I'm so feedup with this all I want is to get the account paid up..
