AT MY WITS END

I have been paying 2 x FNB cards through Groenewald and Lubbe for years. Recently I queried the accounts asking for proof of the opening balances (which were never finalized with me) and ad duplum interest. the installment is via debit order that they insisted on

they ignore me. A couple of weeks ago received a call from a very rude lady telling me that I must increase my payment or they will take legal action. She was nasty - and very threatening . She would not give me her name which tells me that she did not want to responsible for her action. In the interim I handed the accounts to Legal Wise to investigate the amount owing, and the interest - I advise Leareil of the details and asked that Legal Wise are contacted regarding the accounts. Leireil has been my contact and he completely ignores all my mails today another threat - quote no DCD10359. quoting a new mandate and if I do not increase they are taking legal action.

I am now going to contact First National Bank and complain about their collection agency and if that does not work I shall take it to the next level.

THESE ACCOUNTS AND BEING PAID - I being bul**** because I do not want to tremble in fear when the debt collector contacts me and I had the cheek to seek outside assistance.

I HAVE HAD ENOUGH.
